These Terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or AutoGPT-M will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoGPT-M with respect to AutoGPT-M, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
